6g Citrulline, AlphaSize® Focus, Moderate 200mg Energy

Bucked Up Bullseye Eye-Mind-Muscle is a chill-stim capsule pre-workout that focuses on blood flow, sharp focus, and keeping your training solid from start to finish. The setup is straightforward—no hiding stuff in prop blends, just a clear label with a solid 6,000mg citrulline malate, a decent 2,000mg beta-alanine (not full clinical but still helpful with regular use), and 200mg of AlphaSize® alpha-GPC for that nootropic edge. This isn't some lazy caffeine-only thing. It's made for folks who want to feel mentally on point, get a real pump, and hold onto workout quality without going overboard on stims.

The star here is citrulline malate at 6,000mg. Your body turns citrulline into arginine, which boosts nitric oxide—that's the stuff that widens blood vessels for better flow to your muscles. In the gym, that means bigger pumps, more oxygen and nutrients getting where they need to go, and muscles feeling more pumped up during sets. Six grams is a hefty dose for this kind of product, right where you'd want it for real results.

Beta-alanine comes in at 2,000mg. It helps make carnosine in your muscles, which buffers the acid buildup from tough efforts. That's key for high-intensity stuff lasting a minute to ten, where that burning feeling kicks in. The science backs it, but the sweet spot is usually 3,200-6,400mg a day. So this is a good start, especially if you use it steady, but it's not the full load on its own.

Caffeine anhydrous at 200mg keeps it in the moderate zone. You'll notice better alertness, drive, quicker reactions, and that energy feel without the heavy-handed

Bucked Up Bullseye by Bucked Up contains 500mg Vitamin C, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate — this is the powerhouse here, a real deal dose for a capsule pre. It boosts nitric oxide via the arginine path, opening up blood vessels for better flow and those full, lasting pumps that weak formulas can't touch.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — just enough to kick in without taking over. This amount perks you up, boosts motivation, and amps your training vibe, way easier to handle than the 300-400mg in those intense ones.
  • 200mg AlphaSize® Alpha-GPC — a quality choline source picked for focus and muscle connection, not just for show. It gets across to your brain and helps make acetylcholine, so the whole thing feels geared toward sharp concentration and better mind-muscle link, not pure caffeine buzz.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — not the max clinical amount, but solid enough to count with steady use. It builds up carnosine in muscles, buffering that burn so you can push harder sets longer before tapping out.
  • Fully disclosed label — everything's listed out with exact doses. In a world of shady blends and hype, this transparency lets you check it against real studies instead of guessing.
  • Capsule format with legit performance doses — that's uncommon. Most capsule pres skimp on pump stuff or lean heavy on caffeine; this one packs a true 6g citrulline malate base.
  • AlphaSize® + caffeine combo — that's the vibe setter. Caffeine lifts your energy and output, alpha-GPC backs acetylcholine for attention and muscle signals, giving controlled focus over wild stim chaos.
  • AstraGin® for better nutrient uptake — it's about smarter absorption, not buzzwords. Studies show AstraGin® helps gut transporters, which is why it's paired with aminos and performance ingredients.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders on push/pull/legs or upper/lower who want a pre that boosts contraction feel as much as energy. 6g citrulline malate drives pumps, AlphaSize® alpha-GPC and 200mg caffeine sharpen focus for tempo, peaks, and hitting the right muscles.
  • Lifters who skip 300mg+ pres but need real effects. Moderate 200mg caffeine, solid 6,000mg citrulline pump, and beta-alanine for fatigue help, without jitter city.
  • Morning trainers needing quick wake-up and momentum from capsules. Caffeine hits steady, alpha-GPC aids attention and signals, easy when skipping powder mixes.
  • High-volume hypertrophy folks in burn reps where acid limits. 2,000mg beta-alanine under 3.2g benchmark, but consistent use builds carnosine for better set tolerance.
  • Athletes chasing mind-muscle over max stims. Makes presses hit chest, rows stay in lats, curls in biceps—energy controlled so form doesn't slip.
  • Gym folks stepping up from basic pres. Disclosed label and 200mg caffeine make it learnable and manageable, not hidden in blends.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules with water 20-30 minutes pre-training. Gives caffeine time to absorb and hits as you move from warm-ups to work. If new to pres or stim-sensitive, watch your reaction and don't stack with other caffeine sources that day.

No mixing needed—capsules are gym-bag friendly for travel or early sessions. Empty stomach speeds it up, but if caffeine bugs your gut, eat light 60-90 minutes before. Stay hydrated; citrulline, sodium, volume training, and sweat make it key for a good feel.

Stacks well with straight creatine monohydrate and intra electrolytes. Avoid other stim pres, energy drinks, or strong burners unless tracking total caffeine. Beta-alanine needs regularity for best endurance. Store cool and dry, lid tight for fresh capsules.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Capsules mean no mixing—just take 'em and go. Not much right away except knowing stims are coming. Minutes 10-25: Caffeine kicks in, alertness ups, maybe some beta-alanine tingle. Minutes 20-40: Peak time—mental lock-in strong, citrulline pump shows once sets get blood moving.

Minutes 40-90: Energy holds steady, fitting the 200mg moderate setup. Days 1-7: Energy, focus, pump stand out; beta-alanine builds quietly. Weeks 2-4: Consistent use ups carnosine, making hard sets easier. Shifts from 'I feel it' to 'I train better.'

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up Bullseye Eye-Mind-Muscle?

Each full 2-capsule serving contains 200mg caffeine anhydrous. That places it in the moderate-stim range: enough for clear workout energy and focus, but substantially lighter than the 300-400mg stimulant loads found in more aggressive pre-workouts.

Is the citrulline dose in this formula actually effective?

Yes—the formula provides 6,000mg citrulline malate, which is a serious performance-oriented dose for a capsule pre-workout. Citrulline supports nitric oxide production and vasodilation, which is why users typically notice better pumps, fuller muscles, and improved training blood flow.

Why does this product include AlphaSize® alpha-GPC?

AlphaSize® is a branded alpha-GPC ingredient used to support acetylcholine production in the brain and nervous system. In practical terms, it is included to make the workout feel more focused, coordinated, and connected rather than relying on caffeine alone for the experience.

Is the beta-alanine dose clinical?

Not fully. The formula includes 2,000mg beta-alanine, while the most studied daily range is generally 3,200-6,400mg. That means it is a useful supporting dose, especially with consistent daily use, but it is below the classic fully clinical benchmark on its own.

Will this make me tingle?

It can. Beta-alanine commonly causes paresthesia, the harmless tingling sensation many users feel after taking pre-workout. At 2,000mg, some users will notice it and others will not, depending on individual sensitivity and whether the serving is taken with food.

Is this better for pump or energy?

It is balanced, but the formula’s strongest edge is the combination of pump plus focus. The 6g citrulline malate is the standout for blood flow, while 200mg caffeine and 200mg AlphaSize® alpha-GPC create the clean energy and mind-muscle side of the experience.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest ways to round out the formula. This product covers pump, moderate stimulation, and focus well, while a standalone creatine monohydrate adds phosphocreatine support for strength, power output, and long-term performance adaptation.

Should I take it every day or only on training days?

For the best beta-alanine effect, consistent use is beneficial because beta-alanine works by gradually raising muscle carnosine levels. If you only care about the acute energy and pump effects, training-day use is still reasonable, but daily consistency is better for cumulative buffering benefits.

How long before training should I take Bullseye Eye-Mind-Muscle?

Take the 2-capsule serving about 20-30 minutes before training. That timing gives caffeine anhydrous time to start absorbing and sets up the formula to be most noticeable as you move from warm-ups into your first working sets.

Is this a good pre-workout for late-night sessions?

It depends on your caffeine sensitivity. At 200mg, it is easier to schedule than high-stim products, but it can still interfere with sleep if taken too close to bedtime. If your evening workouts already challenge your sleep quality, a non-stim pump product would be a safer option.

Excellent early math book
Format: Paperback
I found this book on a recommended Early Math reading list posted on the PBS Parents website. Since there are no words in this book, there is nothing to actually read to your child. But it is likely one of the longest 12 page books I've read. And it is by far the most significant number book my 3 year old has read. Anno uses a town to depict and define numbers 0-12, the seasons, and the months of the year. The seasons and months are recognizeable, but not the focus like the numbers are. For the number 0, you see a blank landscape with a small river. When the child turns the page, he sees a large number 1 on the right side of the book and in the landscape one lone building, one tree, one sun, one snowman.... There is also a set of blocks on the left side of the book, with one block colored in. Thus, the child can see the number 1 represented as a numeral, as a block (of a set of 10), and as an object (one building, one tree, one person). As you turn the pages and the numbers increase, a village forms. The final page is the number 12 -- a full village at Christmas time, complete with 12 reindeer in the sky. As a parent, I enjoy having my daughter "read" to me. But I am most amazed by how the book has helped her to grasp the concept of numbers. As she explained, "0, Mommy. Because there's nothing there."

Great way to remove dry skin while not being abrasive
Style: Bath & Body
One side of the scrubber is a softer cloth, the other is a more abrasive cloth. There is a sponge divider between the two. This is great to use during the dry days of winter when my skin becomes dryer and more scaly. The soft side is for my face, of course. The ribbon band across the back lets me slide my hand in and get a bit more leverage and to hold on to the scrubber. Much kinder to my skin than a loofah. I wash the Scrubber with the towels so it is always clean.

A Self-Care Essential
Style: Bath & Body
I love these scrubbies! They’re a good size, and durable. One side is soft, and the other exfoliates. It has a little loop on top to hang it up. They are a bit pricey though.
