Chipotle Ghost & Black Garlic Hot Sauce

Introducing the culmination of over a year and a half of relentless experimentation and passion: my Chipotle Ghost and Black Garlic Hot Sauce. Crafted with care and a fair amount of caution, this sauce blends a some of our favorite flavors from Mexico and India for a bit of a wild ride for your tongue. 

We've carefully blended a mixture of fresh and dried chocolate ghost peppers, each lending its unique intensity to the sauce. But it doesn't stop there – I've also incorporated the smoky allure of  Chipotle Moritas, all over a base of fresh jalapeños, for the body of the sauce creating a real depth of pepper flavors. 

But what truly sets this sauce apart is the addition of black garlic, a secret weapon that adds a rich, sweet garlicky complexity to every drop. As the sauce lingers on your tongue, you'll be greeted by hints of toasted cumin, weaving together a tapestry of flavors that linger long after the last bite.
