Stim-free mushroom boost for longer, tougher workouts.

Raw Nutrition Peak O2 is a stim-free endurance supplement built around PEAKO2®, a patented blend of six organic-certified mushrooms. From what brands and retailers say, those mushrooms are cordyceps militaris, reishi, king trumpet, shiitake, lion’s mane, and turkey tail. It's all about helping with oxygen use, endurance, performance during workouts, and cutting down fatigue in tough sessions. Heads up: We don't have the full supplement facts panel to check doses ourselves.

What makes this legit isn't a bunch of ingredients, but that branded PEAKO2® with studies in sports nutrition. Folks talk about it helping with VO2 max (that's your max oxygen use during exercise), time-to-exhaustion, peak power, and handling lactate (the stuff that builds up and makes you burn). Some studies used around 2 grams daily, but without verifying the label, take that dose as what they report, not confirmed. Bottom line, this isn't a hype pre-workout for intense feels – it's a daily or pre-training helper for better aerobic efficiency and keeping up with repeated efforts.

For users, it fits athletes doing intervals, circuits, team sports conditioning, high-volume lifting, or endurance stuff who want non-stim support. It probably clicks with fans of Raw Nutrition's athlete vibe who like simple, performance-focused products over loaded formulas. Expect subtle changes, like easier breathing, steady output, and less hitting the wall as workouts pile up.

Since we couldn't fully verify the label, this one's based on

Key Highlights

  • Centered on PEAKO2®, a branded mushroom ingredient you see a lot in endurance and sports nutrition chats.
  • Brand and retailer info lists six mushrooms: cordyceps, reishi, king trumpet, shiitake, lion’s mane, and turkey tail.
  • No stimulants, so it's perfect for evening workouts or if you're sensitive to caffeine.
  • PEAKO2® studies talk about helping with oxygen use, lasting longer, and better output.
  • Not like regular pre-workouts – this is about building capacity, not a big rush or tingle.
  • Raw Nutrition keeps it simple and athlete-focused, great if you hate overloaded blends.
  • Easy to stack with your usual pre-workout since it hits endurance, not stim energy.
  • Fits bodybuilding, conditioning, HIIT, running, and mixed training styles.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in high-volume phases wanting better capacity between sets
  • CrossFit or HIIT folks after endurance without stims
  • Runners, cyclists, and hybrid athletes chasing better breathing and repeated efforts
  • Evening trainers needing performance help without caffeine messing with sleep
  • People adding a non-stim endurance booster to their pre-workout
  • Athletes who get jittery from stims but want an edge

How to Use

Without verified label directions, follow what's on the package when you get it. Based on similar products and PEAKO2® talks, take it daily, often pre-workout on training days. Athletes usually stick with endurance boosters regularly, not just for a feel. Stack it with your pre-workout, electrolytes, or intra carbs based on your workout. Go easy at first if mushrooms are new to you or you have sensitivities.

What to Expect

This isn't something you feel as a huge rush right away. In the first uses, you might just notice workouts feel more even, with less reliance on stims for conditioning or volume. After a week or two consistently, some spot better pacing and less early burnout. Over a full block, it shows in repeated performance, steady output, and handling fatigue buildup. It's subtle support for performance, not a big explosion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Raw Nutrition Peak O2?

It appears to be a stimulant-free endurance supplement built around PEAKO2®, a branded blend of six mushrooms commonly used in sports nutrition discussions for oxygen utilization and exercise performance support.

Does Peak O2 contain caffeine?

Based on available research, this product is positioned as stim-free. That means it is intended to support performance without the typical caffeine-style energy rush.

What does it feel like?

Most users should expect a subtle performance effect rather than a dramatic sensation. This category is more about steadier endurance, better work capacity, and less falloff during hard sessions.

Who is Peak O2 best for?

It is best for athletes doing high-volume lifting, conditioning, HIIT, running, cycling, or mixed-modal training who want endurance support without stimulants.

Brilliant
Format: Hardcover
The First State of Being is a brilliant, highly readable middle grade book from the QUEEN of character-driven middle grade literature. This expansive sci-fi feels at once introspective and cinematic, leaping off the page like something made for a movie. This book will help young people and all readers reflect on our past and future as a human community, especially in terms of health advances, animal extinction, and the potential for technological development. It also highlights the love and fight in a mother and the need to view life through a positive lens by focusing most on the present, not our past or future.

Which Came First?
Format: Hardcover
Of course this won the Newberry award. From the first word, it reminded me of Donna Barba Higuera's The Last Cuentista. A plot so different and imaginative that you wonder how anyone could have thought of it and then carried it out. It's a story of a young boy who is trying to take care of the single mother who seems unable to take care of the family, through no fault of her own. It's a sci-fi fantasy. And it's a story of taking care of each other. At the totally satisfying end I found myself wondering about the chicken and the egg. Thinking I may have to read this one again to see if I can figure it out.

Well-written, twisty novel for middle school children
Format: Kindle
This is Kelly’s second Newbery Medal, the first being for *Hello, Universe* in 2018. Both are well-written novels for middle-grade children and should have a lot of appeal for that age. It's the year 1999, early fall, an apartment complex in Delaware. 12-year-old Michael is worried that the Y2K bug will cause the collapse of civilization on January 1, 2000. He has been stealing cans of food to create an emergency stash under his bed. He has started a new school, and his only friends are the apartment complex maintenance man and his high-school-age after-school babysitter, Gibby. Michael’s father is dead, and his mother works long hours to make ends meet. One day a strange kid shows up in the complex, dressed in unusual clothing and asking odd questions like, “What year is this?” It doesn’t take an experienced science fiction reader to suspect that this kid, Ridge, is from the future. He is interested in observing late 20th Century American culture. But he also wants Michael and Gibby to help him figure out how to get back to the future without interfering with the past and thus changing his own timeline. The 1999 part of the story is interspersed with notes about the future and the panicked dialog of Ridge’s family as they try to investigate what happened to him. It probably doesn’t have many new ideas for adult readers, but it will be surprising and exciting for readers ages 12 and up

MUST READ!
Format: Hardcover
The First State of Being is set in 1999 during the uncertainty of Y2k. Michael Rosario doesn't have any friends, unless you count Mr. Mosley, the maintenance man in his apartment building, and his babysitter Gibby. Michael worries a lot about the future, his mom, and just about everything else. So when a mysterious teenager (Ridge) shows up near his apartment complex one day, and says he's from the future, Michael is determined to find out what's to become of the world when the year 2000 is here. Will Ridge be able to calm Michael's fears? Fans of A Rover's Story by Jasmine Warga will love this story about family, friendship, time travel, and facing one's fears. Erin Entrada Kelly's voice makes this novel a must read. It's amazing!
