To install, break off the original tabs and then shave, sand down & clean surfaces. Then simply glue the plates in place. Apply evenly spread pressure with clamps whilst itƒ??s drying.

This is a 4 piece kit, designed to repair the 2 mounting points (upper and lower) on both sides of the rear bumper.

For the lower tabs, the supplied plate is glued in the same location of the original tabs. Depending on the condition of the plastic tabs, they can be shaved down and replaced entirely or used as reinforcement underneath the plastic tabs.

The upper section tabs (where the threaded studs are meant to be) requires breaking off the original plastic pieces as shown in the photos. The metal plate with the threaded bolt inserts are then glued in place. This is designed with threaded holes with separate bolts for ease of install and removal of the rear bumper. These bumpers come with threaded studs from factory and make removing these bumpers difficult as they catch onto the holes on the car which promotes damage to the stud and bumper.
