Vehicle Fitment & Part Details

⚠️ IMPORTANT — Read Before Ordering

This water pump is for the NEW / current-generation Suzuki models and their Toyota rebadges, all using K-series petrol engines (K10B, K10C-T, K12B, K12C, K12D, K12M, K14B, K14C, K15B).

It does NOT fit:

  • The old Suzuki Baleno (EG, 1995-2002) with G13BB / G16B engines
  • The old Suzuki Swift I / II (1984-2005) with G10A / G13A / G13BA engines
  • The old Suzuki Alto IV / V (1994-2002) with G10B / G10BB engines
  • Any Suzuki with a G-series engine (G10, G13, G16)

Engine code check: your engine code must start with "K" (e.g. K12B, K14B, K15B). If it starts with "G" (e.g. G13BB), this is the wrong pump — see our separate listing for the older G-series water pump.

Water pump for the current-generation Suzuki Swift IV (FZ/NZ) 1.4 K14B petrol — mechanical, for V-ribbed belt drive, 6-vane impeller, 59.6mm impeller diameter, supplied without gasket (sealant required on fitment). Covers the full Suzuki K-series K10 / K12 / K14 / K15 petrol engine range across the Swift IV / V, Baleno, Dzire, Ertiga, Ciaz, Ignis III, Jimny, Splash, Alto VII, Celerio, SX4 S-Cross, Vitara, S-Presso, and Fronx — plus the Toyota-rebadged SA-market models Starlet, Urban Cruiser, and Rumion. Confirm compatibility by matching the listed fitment details and VIN/engine information where variants exist.

Fitment Notes

  • Generation check first: Engine code must start with "K" (K10B, K10C, K10C-T, K12B, K12C, K12D, K12M, K14B, K14C, K14D, K15B). If the engine code starts with "G" (e.g. G13BB, G16B), this is the wrong pump — see the older G-series water pump listing.
  • The Toyota Starlet, Urban Cruiser, and Rumion are Maruti Suzuki-built rebadges sold in SA — Starlet is a rebadged Baleno, Urban Cruiser is a rebadged Vitara Brezza, Rumion is a rebadged Ertiga. They use the same K14B or K15B engine as the equivalent Suzuki.
  • Supplied without gasket or seal — use sealant on fitment as specified by the manufacturer.
  • Always match the engine code and VIN before ordering. Verify the physical dimensions of your removed pump (6-vane impeller, 59.6mm impeller diameter, V-ribbed belt drive).
  • South African market filtered: LPG dual-fuel variants have been excluded from the supplied feed as non-SA market.

Installation / Use / Maintenance Tips

  • Drain the cooling system fully and catch coolant in a clean container if it is to be reused — or dispose of it according to local regulations if contaminated.
  • Supplied without gasket — apply the correct sealant (manufacturer-specified, usually a silicone-based high-temperature sealant for cooling system use) evenly to the pump mating surface before fitting.
  • Clean both mating surfaces (pump and block/timing cover) thoroughly before fitting. Do not use an abrasive pad that will leave grit in the cooling passages.
  • Tighten the mounting bolts evenly in a cross pattern to the manufacturer's torque specification; over-torquing will distort the pump housing and cause leaks.
  • Inspect the V-ribbed accessory belt and tensioner at the same time — a worn belt or tensioner will shorten the new pump's life. Replace the timing chain / belt service items per the manufacturer's service schedule.
  • Refill with the correct Suzuki-spec coolant, bleed the cooling system fully, and run the engine up to operating temperature while checking for leaks and confirming correct thermostat and fan operation.

Common Questions

Does this fit my Toyota Starlet, Urban Cruiser or Rumion?
Yes — these are Maruti Suzuki-built Toyota rebadges. The Toyota Starlet uses the K14B (2020-2022 models) or K15B (2022 onwards), the Urban Cruiser and Rumion use the K15B. This water pump fits all of them.

Does this fit the old Suzuki Baleno, Swift, or Alto?
No. The old Suzuki Baleno (1995-2002), Swift I / II (1984-2005), and Alto IV / V (1994-2002) all use G-series engines (G10, G13, G16) and need a different water pump. See the separate older water pump listing.

How do I know if my engine is K-series or G-series?
Check the engine code stamped on the engine block or the VIN plate. K-series codes start with "K" (K10B, K12B, K14B, K15B, etc.). G-series codes start with "G" (G13BB, G16B, etc.). If it starts with "K", this is the correct pump.

Is a gasket included?
No — this pump is supplied without a gasket or seal. Use a manufacturer-approved cooling-system sealant on fitment.

Does this fit hybrid / SHVS / Mild Hybrid variants?
Yes — the hybrid variants (K12C SHVS, K12D Mild Hybrid, K14D Sport SHVS) use the same water pump as the non-hybrid K-series engines of the same capacity.

How do I confirm fitment if there are multiple variants?
Use VIN, engine code (must start with K), and the physical dimensions of the removed pump (6-vane impeller, 59.6mm impeller diameter, V-ribbed belt drive) and compare them to the fitment and specifications sections above. If unsure, request fitment assistance before ordering.

Awesome quality mouse
Fantastic value. First it feels like a quality mouse and works like a mouse 3-4x the price. It is solid and has nice weight to it, not like some of the flimsy competitors. I am buying another just to have.

Great Mouse
I normally use the Logitech M325c. I've gone through dozens over the years. It works very well, but they seem to wear out fast; the wheel scroll is what fails. I decided to give the Amazon Basics a try. So far, it looks, feels, and functions the same as the Ltech; it doesn't have the fun colors, but if it holds up longer than a year, it's a fair tradeoff. I will revise this review if things change in the future, but as of now, I would recommend the Amazon Basics and will replace the other Ltech's when the time comes.

High Quality and Operability - Great!
Great mouse! Not only good, but feels and operates as well as, or better than a Microsoft mouse, and a lot more reasonable! Comes with AAA batteries, the USB transceiver is stored inside the battery compartment (good when packing and traveling), and a white support strap lays down below the installed batteries so that it is easier to remove them when its time to change the battery. Be sure to go into Control Panel/Mouse and make any click-speed or mouse movement adjustments to your liking. I plan on buying another one of these for my second HP laptop. The USB transceiver is immediately responsive and you will see a red laser at the bottom of the mouse.

Works Perfect, No Installation Needed, Perfect Size, and Wonderful Price!
Several months ago when the keys on my laptop mouse pad started to go out, I was really irritated because I have gotten so used to using the mouse pad that I was worried that I wouldn't be able to work as efficiently using a wireless mouse. I knew that it would only be a few days before the keys got to the point that I wouldn't be able to use them and started looking on Amazon for a wireless mouse that I might possibly be able to stand using on a daily basis. I spotted the AmazonBasics Wireless Mouse and thought that it wouldn't be that great because it was way cheaper than most of the other wireless ones that I could find. I went ahead and placed my order because I needed something and thought that if it didn't work that well, I wouldn't be out of that much money. When it arrived, I was happy to see that it was a tad bit smaller than other ones that I have used with desktops in the past since I have small hands. I opened the package, popped in some batteries, plugged the nano receiver into my USB slot, and it was working instantly. I thought that it would take some time to install ( I did not read much on it when I purchased it honestly, I just needed one quick!), but was SO happy to see that it needed nothing to be installed. I have been using this wireless mouse for about a year and half now and I have recommended it to SO many people who were looking for one. I work at home on my laptop 7 days a week and anywhere between 12 - 18 hours a day. I only have to change the batteries about once every two months (sometimes it will go a little longer and sometimes a little bit less - not sure on why though). This mouse has worked flawlessly since the day of purchase and I was SO wrong to think that because it was cheaper than the others that it wouldn't work as well. There has never been a time where it disconnected from the computer or that there was any issue using it. A few times when it has needed the batteries changed and I wait a few days, there is a tiny lag - but that is all my fault. The AmazonBasics Wireless Mouse has a little red indicator light that lets you know when the batteries are getting low and need to be changed. I like that feature so that I'm always aware of when they need to be changed. Since I travel a lot, this mouse is great because it doesn't take up a lot of space in the laptop bag. I also never have to worry about losing the nano receiver because once you remove the little door to the battery area, there is actually a space that the nano receiver clicks into making it perfect for travel. If you are in the market for a great wireless mouse, I would recommend the AmazonBasics Wireless Mouse because it has been through over a year of my all day, everyday use and still works just like the day that I purchased it!
