Colore giallo chiaro. Al naso esprime un affascinante bouquet con aromi di prugne gialle, ananas, note fresche di mandarino e scorza di limone. Al palato lattacco con acidità vibrante, lascia spazio a note fruttate, nuances di bergamotto e sentori minerali.Le uve provengono da vigneti coltivati su pendii molto ripidi, su suoli pietrosi costituiti prevalentemente d'ardesia. E un vino molto armonioso ed equilibrato, bellissima espressione del territorio. Le uve sono raccolte a fine ottobre. A una breve macerazione sulle bucce e alla pressatura soffice, segue la fermentazione in vasche dacciaio. Il vino matura a lungo sulle fecce fini per sviluppare in modo pieno il suo magnifico bouquet. Residuo zuccherino 27,2 g/l, acidità 9 g/l. Il colore della capsula indica la dolcezza del vino: Bianco (vini secchi/dry), Verde (vini off-dry), Oro (vini dolci).
Il Mosel Zeltinger Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett (Green Capsule) di Markus Molitor, per il suo perfetto e armonioso equilibrio tra dolcezza e acidità si abbina molto bene ai piatti della cucina orientale.

Sub well, flimsy, no cello bags included for resellers!

Sublimate well at 300 degrees for 60 seconds; however, they are definitely Flimsy as compared to smaller spinners and for some reason they are putting 5 to a cello bag! Which means if you are making to resell, you will need to buy cello bags!! This is the first time I've experienced this in hundreds of wind spinners purchased for sublimation. This is a big deal to me because I can't find 10x10 cello bags (and I shouldn't have to) so now my bags will not be the accurate size for the spinner as all of my others are because I sell them!
