CONFIRMED: VW Type 1 air-cooled — Beetle, Super Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Bus (Type 2), Type 3 (Squareback, Fastback, Notchback). Slip-in on a case already machined for 90.5/92mm. No 94mm head work required. For best results, use Teflon/poly piston-pin retainer buttons. NOT CONFIRMED: Type 4 / 914 engines (different bore spacing and case).
