Its base is configured with four stainless steel drawers that slide on stainless tracks with nylon wheels and include recessed handles and rounded corners for safe handling. Each drawer opens to a 90-degree hold position for hands-free access during loading. The unit ships with pre-installed shelving and casters to simplify setup in tight or mobile kitchen environments.
Outfitted with four interior shelves, the Migali C-U48F-D-HC Competitor Series® worktop freezer offers 12 cubic feet of internal space for storing frozen proteins, dough, or backup stock. A rear-mounted, forced-air refrigeration system distributes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant evenly through the cabinet, maintaining a temperature range of -7 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital temperature controller includes an external display, and the cabinet’s polished stainless steel interior and exterior simplify daily wipe-downs and long-term maintenance.
