Dau Short Story Prize for Emerging Writers, which recognizes twelve writers who have made outstanding debuts in literary magazines in the previous year. They are chosen by a panel of distinguished judges, themselves innovators of the short story form: Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah, Kali Fajardo-Anstine, and Beth Piatote. Strong Drawstring Bags With a Light Fresh Scent and Good Fit

These kitchen trash bags are easy to use and fit standard tall kitchen bins without any struggle. The drawstring closure is convenient for tying and carrying, and it feels secure when lifting the bag out once full.
The material has a good balance of flexibility and strength. It stretches enough to handle everyday kitchen waste without feeling overly thin, and it holds up well during normal use when not overloaded.
The tropical island scent is noticeable when first opening the box and while lining the bin, giving a light fresh smell that helps reduce typical kitchen odors. It is not overpowering, but it is definitely present.
I like that the bags open easily and stay in place inside the bin without slipping down. The drawstrings also make disposal more controlled and less messy compared to twist tie styles.
