Giallo paglierino alla vista. Al naso spiccano aromi di mela verde e frutti a polpa bianca, con delicati sentori di fiori ed erbe aromatiche sullo sfondo. La bocca si presenta fresca e fruttata, con un lungo finale sapido e minerale.Da vigneti esposti ad est, collocati a circa 600 metri di altitudine nella zona Plötznerhof, su suolo postglaciale di origine morenico-calcarea, nasce “Plötzner” di Sankt Pauls, un Weissburgunder dell’Alto Adige DOC dallo stile sapido, fresco e fruttato. Il terreno calcareo e il porfido, insieme ai venti e agli sbalzi termici permettono di coltivare un pinot bianco sano e ricco di aromi varietali, offrendo un vino estremamente piacevole e armonico. Dopo la raccolta le uve sono trasportate in cantina e lavorate in botti di legno grande, quindi il vino riposa in vasche d'acciaio, segue l'affinamento sulle fecce fini.
Ottimo vino bianco da aperitivo, ma anche con piatti di pesce leggeri, primi piatti a base di verdure e tartare di pesce.

I have them in black and white. I use them everyday in all shoes. These are very versatile and a great quality material. They take a looong time to wear and they stay in place. Very washable and good material. They are not too thick and they do not shrink. I do air dry mine. They do not hold smells even in the summer heat.
