Aer Sampling offers inspection/calibration services for your meter console (manual or semi-automatic or automatic).
Please make an order online (through the website) or offline (by emailing us or calling your local toll-free number or the nearest Regional Head Office).
A proforma invoice will be issued to you upon ordering with detailed shipping instructions. Please follow these shipping instructions to avoid any unnecessary (and additional) charges (billable to you, including time spent, to be paid in full before any calibration certificates/reports are issued).
We are not responsible for getting your items out of customs and/or ports and any fees involved. We are only responsible for items that arrives free of charge at our doorsteps.
If you prefer, you may also just apply for an ATA Carnet or other similar (temporary export/import "passport") for your items with your shipper or local Chamber of Commerce (or similar).
Once you have made payment, please ship the item to be inspected/calibrated to us. We will gladly sign any "items received" forms that you may have when we receive your item(s). Please let us have the forms and instructions.
Your item(s) will be inspected to see if it can be calibrated upon arrival. If it cannot, a standard inspection fee of USD 100.00 will be charged for each item. The rest of the money paid by you will be refunded (please provide us information about your bank account) after bank fees (to return the funds) have been deducted. Your bank might also deduct fees from the refunded amount.
Turnaround time is 10 working days (starting from the day after receipt of item at our calibration laboratory).
A tracking code (from UPS/DHL/Fedex etc.) will be provided for all items shipped back to you. We will ship the item(s) back to you in their original packaging as much as possible. Aer Sampling packs all meter consoles according to the UPS Packaging Advisor's Packaging Guidelines (https://www.ups.com/packaging/?loc=en_US) for damage type "Vibration". Basic shipping insurance is included in the price you have paid. Aer Sampling cannot, however, be responsible for any damages incurred for shipments back to you for used meter console (sent to us for inspection/re-calibration) due to the difficulties on agreeing on the current value of the items.
