- THIS TREE'S ORIGIN -
This Walnut tree grew in the Friendly Street neighborhood of Eugene, OR. The tree had been removed after developing 1,000 Canker Disease. This sickness is a mix between an infestation of Twig Beetles and a fungus that only effect the back of Walnut species. The Western United States was the initial hub for this disease, but known cases are now appearing across the country.
