The Enell LITE is the softer, lower-cut sister to the original Enell SPORT. It’s made for everyday wear, walking, yoga, Pilates, gym sessions, weight training and lower-to-medium impact movement — especially if you have a fuller bust and normal “comfort bras” have been a complete waste of time.
It still has Enell’s signature front closure, wide non-adjustable straps and firm upper-torso support, but the fabric is softer, the neckline is lower, and the overall feel is less intense than the Enell SPORT.

How the Enell LITE fits
The Enell LITE has a firm, secure fit through the bust and upper torso. It uses a front hook-and-eye closure, wide straps and a supportive cross-back design to help spread the load more evenly across your body.
The straps are not adjustable. That’s deliberate — Enell uses the structure of the bra to create support, rather than relying on you yanking the straps tighter and tighter until your shoulders hate you.
Compared with the Enell SPORT, the LITE feels softer, more flexible and a little less compressive. The front and back are both cut lower, which makes it easier to wear under everyday tops.
The LITE is still a seamed bra, but the seams soften and flatten after a couple of wears.

- This is another fantastic bra by Enell. The original Enell High Impact Sports bra is excellent for higher energy exercise but this Enell LITE bra is perfect for lower to moderate impact activities. You can read more about the differences here.
- I also really like this as an every day bra, perfect for those who want great support and comfort.
- The fabric is much softer and more flexible than the original Enell, and the front and back are cut a little lower.
- Both bras are seamed, but the seams on the LITE bra soften and flatten after just a couple of wears so you can wear it under almost all of your shirts.
- It has almost a matte finish instead of the shiny finish of the SPORT.
Enell Size Chart:
Please measure in inches, before choosing your ENELL size. Enell uses its own sizing system, so the best way to choose your size is to measure your bust and ribcage while wearing your best-fitting everyday bra. Don’t measure over a padded bra, sports bra or minimiser, because that can throw the fit out.
You’ll need:
- Your full bust measurement — around the fullest part of your bust
- Your ribcage measurement — directly under your breasts
Then use the Enell size chart to match your measurements to your Enell size:

ENELL can be brilliant when the fit is right, but because there’s no strap or band adjustability, it won’t suit every body and breast shape.
