Dried garlic preparations containing alliin & alliinase must be enteric coated to be effective because stomach acid inhibits alliinase and decomposes allicin. Studies on garlic demonstrate its role in helping to maintain optimal health and wellness.

This is very durable and easy to assemble. The water does drain nicely but i'd wash it every week or so. They come with small black plastic to put on the bottom so it does not slide around. Made of plastic so easy to clean. Organizes all of your sponges nicely. Looks great on the counter. Easy to move and adjust.
