ARTIST BIO

Pop artist, muralist, and illustrator, TAVA’s perception-bending body of work explores themes like nostalgia and pop culture by reimagining cartoon characters, iconic figures, and celebrities with his signature surrealism.

Throughout his career, TAVA’s pieces have been showcased worldwide, featured in exhibitions and galleries in Canada, Brazil, the United States, China, and Dubai. Currently, his sprawling murals can be seen all over his hometown of Montreal, giving life to the city and its streets. He’s previously collaborated with brands like Nike, Adidas, Ubisoft, and Romeo’s Gin.

Recently, TAVA teamed up with former NBA player Dwyane Wade to launch a sneaker with Chinese footwear brand Li-Ning.

In 2021, TAVA launched his first apparel line with luxury retailer Holt Renfrew, a collection that sits at the nexus of art and streetwear. TAVA uses his art to give back to his community and support local businesses. He is also the co-founder of Panda Boxing, a boxing gym that unites the spirited worlds of boxing and art.
