Nibbi PE28 with TBparts manifold/carb kit: Nibbi stepped up the PE28 carb game! Starting with looks, they come hard anodized black. This helps with corrosion resistance, wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance and hardness/strength of the carburetor. The lightweight hardware is also anodized. For performance the entire air passage from the intake bell to spigot is polished, you feel the difference! Another huge benefit is the splash guard. It keeps the engine operating smooth under bumpy riding. Making them an AMAZING value overall! Paired with our large intake manifold for race heads. This will give you some of the best throttle response and consistent reliable power on the market! We also include a low profile air filter and extended throttle cable for the KLX110.

Tuning Required
Note: Make sure the air fuel screw is 1.5 turns out from bottom before you start tuning.
There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts.
