Which size should I choose?
This Small (CF0.4) suits a few nigiri or a compact portion. Step up through M (CF0.8), L (CF1.0) and XL (CF1.5) for larger mixed sets, or use the long, narrow Maki container for a row of rolls.
Do the lids fit the bases tightly?
Yes, the lid clips onto the base so the sushi stays secure and fresh through transport. One thing to know: because the lids are thin, they can cling together in the pack and look like a single lid, so separate them gently as you go.
