Limited 180gm audiophile vinyl LP pressing. Obituary's death metal debut album Slowly We Rot was a ground-breaking release at the end of the 1980s. As one of the pioneers of this genre they created a heavy album where everything was monstrous. From their down-tuned guitar riffs, deep growls and moans and distinct tempo changes. The songs are often slowing down to a doomy tempo, a revolutionary thing at the time of release. 'Slowly We Rot' is inspired brilliance, where the meaning of the title is illustrated in the music and lyrics. Overall, you're in for one hell of a package with this album, as this is the true classic from the death metal genre. The Floridian death metal band Obituary is one of the most successful death metal bands of all time. With the exception of their 1997-2003 split, they continue to perform live around the world.

Finally, socks that fit and are comfortable

I wear size 12.5 Wide shoes and have been through numerous "large" socks that shrink after the first wash and then are just too small. Local stores sell very few options in XL. Decided to give these a try and I'm glad I did. I like the height (just over the ankle joint) versus low cut or no-show, which tend to allow junk into the gaps.
I like the material. It's thinner on top nd doesn't have compression areas. It's not overly thick, so if you are looking for cushion or extra support, look elsewhere. I have the same sock in a no-show in gray, but they are size L and are just a little too small, so I knew ahead what I was in for construction-wise. Those have been plenty durable, so it checks all the boxes.
I'll be ordering some XLs in black and will keep on the lookout for gray.
