- They are seamless and no two pieces of olive wood are alike.
- When you get your olive wood product, it will need some care.
- Only hand wash, never put in the dishwasher. Once washed, dry immediately.
- Do not let the olive wood air dry.
- Regularly using a neutral oil (such as olive oil) and a soft cloth to oil the surfaces of the wood will bring the grain's natural beauty alive. Let the product sit and absorb the oil for an hour or two.

SHIPPING
Usually all the orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
UK delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days, international delivery can take 2 - 10 working days depending on the delivery service and destination.
All prices are excluding postage and packaging.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, please contact us within 3 days to arrange a refund or a replacement.
If for any reason a return is required please call or email us and we will provide a shipping label.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have 14 days after notifying us of the cancellations to return the goods back to us. The goods must be returned back to us in the same condition it was sent out. A refund will then be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
