In Spring 2010, Sonic Youth gathered at their Echo Canyon West studio in Hoboken, New Jersey, to watch the rushes of a new film, SIMON WERNER A DISPARU, by French director Fabrice Gobert. They spent the following few weeks recording music which was then shaped as needed to fit the various scenes. For this release, rather than present the small clips of music as used in the film, the band went back in the autumn to the original tapes and reorganized the various pieces for this original soundtrack release, sometimes montaging multiple tracks together, other times extending cues into new sonic realms. The film premiered at Cannes in May 2010 and opened nationwide in France.

Very good pads.

Perfect to use take off makeup, or put products on your face.

This has a thin side and thicker side. Very soft for putting product on or taking it off. Great value for my money. These are made of great quality, they are easy to use for the functionality they were made for.

Check size and thickness before ordering

They are extremely small and thin. The single sheet is transparent and a few drops of toner almost dissolves the pad. It would take at least a dozen of the "thick" pads to completely remove makeup. The plastic box arrived crushed and several pieces of plastic with very sharp edges fell on my carpet and had to be searched for to prevent cuts on feet and paws. Very disappointed and would not recommend

Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about this. They’re very thin and feel a little more rough than a round cotton pad. I’m not sure if I’ll buy again, because of the texture. Also because they are so thin, if you use a water based makeup remover it doesn’t absorb much and gets all over your hand. I might just continue to buy round cotton pads because they feel softer on my skin for removing makeup.

These cotton swabs are very soft and gentle. They feel sturdy and do not fall apart easily, which I appreciate. The baby-safe tips make them more comfortable to use, and the organic cotton is a nice plus. Good quality and useful to keep on hand.
