HPE Foundation Care is a comprehensive service offering designed to maximize the availability and resilience of your IT infrastructure. By combining robust hardware support with strategic software assistance, this extended warranty helps keep critical systems up and running with minimal downtime. Built for modern data centers, edge environments, and growing IT ecosystems, Foundation Care acts as an extension of your own IT team—providing expert remote diagnostics, proactive maintenance, and timely on-site support when necessary. With a three-year coverage window, organizations gain predictable protection against hardware failures, compatibility challenges, and software management burdens, all under a single, easy-to-manage service contract.

Whether you manage servers, storage, networking, or mixed environments that include selected third-party software, HPE Foundation Care is designed to streamline incident resolution and maintenance. The service includes remote diagnosis and support for hardware issues, and when problems cannot be resolved remotely, on-site hardware repair ensures rapid restoration of service. For eligible hardware, Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management can be included to coordinate multi-vendor software environments, reducing the typical friction of handling software problems that span multiple vendors. On the software side, you receive remote technical support, access to updates and patches, and a structured pathway to keep your software ecosystem current and secure. The combination of hardware resilience and software adaptability makes Foundation Care a practical choice for organizations seeking to sustain uptime while simplifying support management.

With Foundation Care, you’re partnering with Hewlett Packard Enterprise to optimize service delivery to your business. The program is designed around the realities of modern IT, where downtime translates into lost productivity and revenue. The 4-hour parts-and-labor response time is crafted to minimize the impact of hardware outages by providing fast, predictable action plans. A 3-year term aligns with asset lifecycles, helping you forecast maintenance budgets with confidence. The service location options and parts replacement capabilities further reduce mean time to repair, ensuring that your most mission-critical systems remain in operation longer. This makes Foundation Care not just a warranty extension, but a strategic asset in your continuity and risk management toolkit.

  • Comprehensive hardware and software support with remote diagnosis and on-site repair when needed. If issues can be resolved remotely, technicians work with your team to implement the fix quickly; if not, a field engineer can be dispatched to restore service and minimize downtime.
  • Includes Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management for eligible non-HPE software. This enables coordinated troubleshooting across multiple vendors, reducing the fragmentation that often comes with multi-vendor environments and speeding incident resolution.
  • Remote software support plus access to software updates and patches. HPE helps keep your operating environments, firmware, and management tools current, contributing to improved security, stability, and performance.
  • 4-hour parts and labor service response time and a 3-year service duration. This combination provides fast reaction to hardware faults and long-term protection that aligns with your device lifecycle and budgeting needs.
  • On-site service locations and parts replacement characteristics designed for usability and reliability. When on-site support is required, HPE provides skilled technicians, quality-spare parts, and a streamlined process to restore normal operations quickly.

Technical details are aligned with the HPE Foundation Care framework. The exact specifications, SKUs, and UPCs are determined by the device, region, and contract, and are typically pulled from the SYNNEX catalog or official HPE documentation during contract activation. Core components of this service include remote diagnosis and support for hardware, on-site hardware repair when necessary, and a parts-and-labor warranty component that covers equipment failures under the terms of the agreement. For eligible hardware, Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management for selected third-party software may be included, enabling coordinated, multi-vendor support. The service also includes access to software updates and patches for covered software products, helping maintain security and interoperability. The 4-hour response window is designed to minimize downtime for mission-critical environments, while the 3-year duration provides extended protection beyond standard manufacturer warranties. Availability and SLAs are subject to regional coverage, service level agreements, and the specific hardware platform. This section summarizes the structural elements of the offering; exact technical details should be confirmed in your specific HPE contract and SYNNEX catalog reference.

Foundation Care does not require a typical software installation. Activation and enrollment are managed through your HPE account, authorized reseller, or the SYNNEX catalog entry associated with your purchase. To initiate or renew coverage, follow these steps:

  • Confirm eligibility and gather device identifiers — serial numbers, model numbers, and the intended coverage window (3 years).
  • Ensure you have a valid service contract in place for Foundation Care, including any required product registrations or reseller arrangements.
  • Register the device under the Foundation Care contract via the HPE Support Center, your reseller’s portal, or the SYNNEX catalog workflow, linking the asset to the service contract.
  • If on-site service is required, coordinate the activation with HPE or the appointed service partner, scheduling the dispatch and providing the site location and access details.
  • Utilize the HPE support channels to initiate remote diagnostics, file support tickets, or request software updates as part of ongoing coverage.

Q: What is included in HPE Foundation Care Extended Warranty 3 Year?
A: It includes remote hardware diagnostic and support, on-site hardware repair when needed, and in eligible cases Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management for select non-HPE software. Software updates and patches are available remotely, and the service is backed by a 3-year term with a fast 4-hour parts-and-labor response.

Q: Is on-site service guaranteed under this plan?
A: On-site service is available when remote resolution is not feasible or when hardware repair requires field intervention. The SLA for on-site response is designed to minimize downtime and is regionally defined within the contract.

Q: Does the plan cover third-party software?
A: For eligible software, Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management may be included, enabling coordinated support across vendors to resolve issues that involve third-party software along with HPE hardware.

Q: How long does activation take?
A: Activation timelines vary by channel, but once the device is registered under the Foundation Care contract, access to remote diagnostics, software updates, and scheduling of on-site visits can commence according to the service level agreement and regional procedures.

Q: Can I renew or extend Foundation Care after the 3-year term?
A: Yes. Foundation Care is designed to be a long-term support option, and renewal can be arranged through your HPE account executive or authorized reseller as your asset base evolves and your support needs change.

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.

Madison Deserved Better
Format: Kindle
Madison was a beta...except she wasn't any longer. She was a late presenting Omega. And she was struggling. She was tall and thin, not tiny and curvy. She was opinionated. She was everything an Omega was not. After suffering through her first heat, her friends took her to Ardor, a club where Omegas came to safely find Alphas. She's not expecting much but then she connects with a sexy beta. And when she meets his Alphas, they set her body on fire. Maybe, she's found her no-strings-attached heat pack. Maybe, she's found something more. I could not connect with the characters in this book, so their story never resonated with me. And there was no love story; there was sex. Grey made it clear from the beginning that he had a true love and it was his beta boy, Rian. He went so far as to reassure Rian “Say the word, I’ll never touch her again. Lucas can put the babies in her. I only need you, beta boy”. So, Madison was there for babies, no emotions needed. Nice. No, thank you. I want the Omega to be the center of their world, not an incubator. Lucas and Rian weren't any better. After her heat, they let her leave. Not one of them made her feel valued. No one gave her a reason to stay or even offered a cuddle. And the sex didn't even come across as mind-blowing. Madison deserved better.
