As each burner has independent controls, you can easily adjust sections of the griddle plate to different temperatures - perfect for cooking multiple items all at once. You can also set a section at a low enough temperature to hold cooked items, keeping them hot and ready for service.
The barbecue has handy lockable castors and a fold-down shelf for added flexibility, making positioning and set-up easy. Ignition is via a front-mounted button - no taper required. Once you're all done cooking, the whole unit is easy to clean down, ready for the next use.
