Let's just play around with the idea of a guy in his mid-twenties surfacing in New York as a formidable pianist, an original composer, a drummer good enough to teach his craft at Juilliards and a useful bass-guitar player all rolled into one. His chances of being heard and noted would be pretty good, news of him would travel fast in jazz circles, critics would latch on to this exciting fresh talent and by the time he came to the Old World he would be probably idolized even before he played a note on a European stage. Fortunately for his homeland and, perhaps, unfortunately for him, the brilliant pianist on this album with all the attributes mentioned above, was born, trained and is playing in Hungary. Aron Talas is only 27 but is already one of the go-to keyboard men in his country that is certainly not lacking in great pianists. As for his own compositions - and all the tunes are his own on this album - apart from their startling originality, there is an unpretentious freshness about them that would appeal even to a non-jazz audience. Yet it is just that fresh simplicity which makes these themes terrific vehicles for improvisation. In his playing Aron is equally capable of great lyricism and soaring passion. He never slurs his notes and plays with admirable clarity. One can easily understand his choice of musicians for his trio. Jozsef Barcza Horvath, originally a classical player who finally found his freedom in jazz, is one of the great virtuosos of the double bass whose solos of sometimes astonishing speed invariably display and incredible melodic coherence. Yet, as an accompanist he is humble and is absolutely in tune, in more than one sense, with his fellow musicians. The drummer, Attila Gyarfas is the same age as Aron and already possesses the faultless dynamics that are essential in a combo like this. A "Big Talk" is a track where the quality of this wonderful rhythm section is well to the fore.

Comfy, soft, packable, and cool
Color: Green, Size: Small
I absolutely love this pillow. It's well constructed but not OVER constructed - it is soft, comfortable to my neck and head - very packable and stays pretty cool - like the 'other side' of the pillow. I also appreciate the stuff sack that Wise Owl sends with it. I was able to get this down into my right side of my Redwing 50 pocket. This thing fits everywhere and while some folks think its a luxury, when you get to be my age - comfort is something that you take for granted. I feel well rested after a night on this bad boy.
Shape always fluffs back out. I think it's a great value at the price point it is at compared to other pillows in this range. Very very durable, like all Wise Owl products I own. Easily fits snugly into the bag, and can mold around you depending on how you want to adjust it. I don't use a sleeping pad, just this for my neck support and it really is worth every penny.
Water resistance - I'm not sure as I've not had the opportunity to see it but I feel like with the material it is, water would probably bead off in light amounts.

It's comfy but not UL nor packs down well.
Color: Blue, Size: Medium
Don't get me wrong, overall this is a very good mini portable camping pillow that has slightly bigger length, width & thickness than most of the other name brand inflatable camping pillows that cost $20 extra, which is nice for having more pillow/support to work with while you sleep, & it being foam filled rather than inflated means you don't have to worry about it deflating on you overnight out in the wilderness where you likely don't have a backup!..
All that is great until it's time to pack it back up..
It doesn't compact down small, nor easily. You have to put a little elbow grease into tightly rolling it up like a burrito, 🌯
And even Then, it's still a bit of a fight to squeeze it back into it's compression sack, but Still winds up being a bulky bulgy chunk of space real estate in my pack, and if you're a serious hiker you know every ounce counts as well as every inch of space that's taken up by bulky gear.
I didn't consider returning or replacing it for something else until wayy past the return window.
Again, it's not bad at all for your average travel or weekend camping trips, but for expedition, section or thru-hiking it's not the best choice to go with when budgeting weight & space in your pack.
I went with a similarly priced Teton camping pillow that is 18" by 12", also filled not inflated so it's basically the same thing but ever so slightly smaller in circumference, yet packs down noticably easier & more compact, weighing slightly less & taking up noticably less space in your pace as well.
I can easily stuff it in the outer back kangaroo pouch on my Osprey Atmos AG 50L.

Perfect, compact, portable, comfort.
Color: Grey, Size: Small
Got the small one. It's perfect size for camping. I saw other comments with pics of medium and looked too big for portable use. I like down feather pillows and this one is really close to same feel. I recommend it 100%. And I may even buy another one.

I really wanted to like this pillow but I didn't, My son did.
Color: Blue, Size: Medium
I bought two of these Medium pillows for summer camp that my son and I went to this year. Let me start by saying the only reason I don't like it is because its too soft and small for me. By soft I mean the pillow bottoms out when I put my head on it. I measured and it is 4" thick but when I put my head on it, it almost disappears. They could add 20-25% more stuffing and it would be great. My son liked his, I didn't even bring mine. What I did do is stuff a standard size memory foam pillow in the stuff sack and used that! The quality of this pillow is great, the seams were not torn or coming undone like some people said, no rips or stains. the zippier works just fine and IT IS MEMORY FOAM, people who complain that it's not are expecting a brick of foam which this isn't, it is shredded/torn memory foam filling that is exactly like my $60 memory foam pillows that I use on my bed. TLDR its great for kids, not for people with bowling balls for heads like me. WISE OWL, ADD MORE FILLING ! I was able to stuff a pillow 3x the size of this one in the same bag.
