Vintage Teak Extending Dining TableA beautifully designed & crafted extending dining table designed by John Herbert for Younger. Superb restored condition. Younger were renowned for there high quality workmanship and mainly retailed through Heals. Featuring elegantly tapering, solid afromosia legs with a stunning teak veneered top. The table extends by simply pulling each end of the table top which reveals the central leaf, this is cleverly folded and stored underneath when not in use.

Younger were renowned for there high quality workmanship and mainly retailed through Heals. Featuring elegantly tapering, solid afromosia legs with a stunning teak veneered top.
The table extends by simply pulling each end of the table top which reveals the central leaf, this is cleverly folded and stored underneath when not in use. The leaf swivels up into place allowing the table to be pushed back together, locking the leaf in place. Once fully extended the table can comfortably seat eight to ten people.
This table is in superb restored condition, there is some difference in colour to the extension leaf as to be expected.
