Each Tablet Contains:

Magnesium (from magnesium orotate 100mg) 6.4mg

Standardised extracts equivalent to dry:
Valerian (valeriana officinalis) root (equiv. valerenic acids 2.6mg) 1.3g
Licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) root and stolon (equiv. glycyrrhizinic acid 2.5mg) 50mg

Extracts equivalent to dry:
Hops (humulus lupulus) flower 200mg
China root (poria cocos) fruiting body 50mg
Anemarrhena asphodeloides root 50mg

Also contains: Tabletting aids, colouring and flavouring substances.

No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.
