In order to deliver the items efficiently, We usually ship our plants on MONDAY , TUESDAY , and WEDNESDAY using USPS Priority Mail(arrive 1-2days or 1-3days) . We package the item with care, upon receiving the item, please plant the plant right away and If necessary keep them in shadow by covering it with something 3-5 days, till it from wilting to vigorous. We don't provide refund. Due to the process of shipping may have something unforeseen. If there are any problems upon item arrival, you need to notify us with pictures immediately when you receive the item. If the pictures show the damage problem, we will provide a free replacement within 7 days.
