These striking black platters are crafted from mango wood - a genuinely sustainable material harvested from trees that have finished their fruit-producing days. Rather than driving deforestation, using mango wood gives these retired trees a second life.  The deliberately charred surface brings personality and warmth to every piece, making no two boards quite identical.  Keep them pristine with a simple wipe-down before serving and a gentle clean with mild soap and water afterwards.
