LYHER® 抗原測試（膠體金）是一種診斷測試，可以檢測鼻粘液中的新型冠狀病毒 (COVID-19)。 自檢有助於快速診斷感染 SARS-CoV-2。 此測試可供 18 歲以上的人用作自測。對於 18 歲以下的兒童，父母或法定監護人將進行測試或在他們的監督下進行測試。

產品使用方法

1. 標本採集：

鼻拭子：確保鼻腔濕潤，然後小心地將拭子插入患者的一個鼻孔。棉籤尖端應插入 2-4 厘米，直到遇到阻力。沿著鼻孔內的粘膜滾動拭子 5 次，以確保收集粘液和細胞。使用相同的拭子，對另一個鼻孔重複此過程，以確保從兩個鼻腔中收集到足夠的樣本。從鼻腔取出拭子

 

標本處理：擰下標本提取緩衝液瓶頭

從缺口點開始，將所有的提取試劑添加到樣本中試管（350μl），標本後將拭子頭插入提取緩衝液中收集，混合均勻，將試管壁壓在棉籤上，擠壓棉籤 10-15 次，靜置 2 分鐘以保留盡可能多的棉籤樣品提取緩衝液中盡可能多的樣品。丟棄棉籤。

 

2. 妥善處理所有樣本，避免傳播傳染原散播。

 

3. 拭子標本採集後應盡快檢測。採用新鮮採集的樣本以獲得最佳測試性能。

 

4. 不要使用明顯被血液污染的樣本，因為它可能干擾樣品的流動和影響測試結果。

 

儲存方式

本試劑盒應儲存於溫度2-30°C之間。避免陽光直接照射
