Celebrity cooks are arriving at the hall for the big event and, true to form, Maltravers, the indoor gamekeeper, is acting suspiciously. Elsewhere at Ghastly-Gorm Ada's wardrobe-dwelling lady's maid Marylebone has received a marriage proposal. Ada vows to aid the course of true love and find out what Maltravers is up to, but amidst all this activity, everyone, including her father, appears to have forgotten her birthday!

Goth Girl and the Ghost of a Mouse 
Ada Goth is the only child of Lord Goth. The two live together in the enormous Ghastly-Gorm Hall. Lord Goth believes that children should be heard and not seen, so Ada has to wear large clumpy boots so that he can always hear her coming. This makes it hard for her to make friends and, if she's honest, she's rather lonely.Books for children Then one day William and Emily Cabbage come to stay at the house, and together with a ghostly mouse called Ishmael they and Ada begin to unravel a dastardly plot that Maltravers, the mysterious indoor gamekeeper, is hatching. Ada and her friends must work together to foil Maltravers before it's too late!

People are flocking to Ghastly-Gorm Hall from far and wide to compete in Lord Goth's literary dog show. The esteemed judges are in place and the contestants are all ready to win. Sir Walter Splott is preparing his Lanarkshire Lurcher, Plain Austen is preening her Hampshire Blue Bloodhound and Homily Dickinson and her Yankee Doodle Poodle are raring to go. But there's something strange going on at Ghastly-Gorm - mysterious footprints, howls in the night and some suspiciously chewed shoes. Can Ada, the Attic Club and their new friends the Vicarage sisters (Charlotte, Emily and Anne) work out what's going on before the next full moon?

This hands down is the best everyday watch. I have a large wrist so the 42mm works perfectly for me. The all brushed titanium looks great. The subdued look and clear dial just only make it better. I didnt want to believe the Hamilton hype but I have to say that Hamilton makes a great solid watch. If you are looking for the everyday watch that just feels right, is solid, and works, look no further. I am sure the standard version is just as good also. ALSO, the dial is not black black. It is slightly a grayish tone. At first I hated this detail but after looking at it, it just looks so good.

Hamilton titanium is worse than mediocre
Where can I start with how bad this watch is? (1) the movement is a derated movement with a low beat rate. This means the seconds hand visibly clicks almost like a quartz watch. (2) the beautiful dial is rarely seen because there is no anti-reflective coating. Instead, you see overhead lighting when you check your watch. (3) the watch is already oversized, but the excessive lug-to-lug length makes this look like a clown watch. Make sure your wrist is 8" or more for this watch. (4) it's dainty for a field watch. The push-down crown easily pops out, making rain or sweat a real watch killer. It's also gets scratched at the slightest touch. (5) the superluminova on the hands and face is so thin that it is worthless. (6) When I say Seiko and Timex make better automatic watches, I don't mean "better value" or "better for the money." I mean that Seiko and Timex have better movements, better styling, better wearability, better durabity, better visability... all around better. The Hamiltons released with the low-beat H-10 are bringing shame to the one-respected Hamilton brand.
