Use:1-2 dessert spoons (approx. 10-20mls) daily. Take directly or drizzle/mix into food or smoothies. Do not cook with this oil as heat destroys the active ingredients. This is a natural product so appearance, smell and taste may vary between batches.
Storage:Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 6 weeks.
Cautions:Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if lid seal is broken. If you take anti-coagulant (blood-thinning) medication please consult your doctor before taking this product.
