Autistic people often feel they have to present as neurotypical or perform neurotypical social behaviours in order to fit in.

So-called 'masking' is a social survival strategy used by autistic people in situations where neurodiversity is not understood or welcomed.

While this is a commonly observed phenomenon in the autistic community, the complexities of masking are still not widely understood.

This book combines the latest research with personal case studies detailing autistic experiences of masking. It explains what masking is and the various strategies used to mask in social situations.

The research also delves into the psychology behind masking and the specifics of masking at school, at social events with peers, and at work.

The book looks at the consequences of masking, including the toll it can have on mental and physical health, and suggests guidance for family, professionals, and employers to ameliorate negative effects.

With a diverse range of voices, including perspectives across gender, ethnicity and age, this is the comprehensive guide to masking and how to support autistic people who mask.

Hydrated
Color: Collagen, Size: 1.69 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I’ve been using Bio Dance cream and it feels very moisturizing and soothing on my skin. The texture is smooth, lightweight, and absorbs nicely without feeling too greasy. My skin feels softer and more hydrated after using it, especially when my skin feels dry or tired. It also works well under makeup and gives a healthy glow. A great cream for keeping the skin calm and hydrated.

Absolutely LOVE this product and product line!!!
Color: Collagen, Size: 1.69 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Love it! I have noticed that buy using this entire system my skin looks plump - i.e. super hydrated!! I would agree that the product plumps (no weird tingling type of plumping). I have noticed that my pores do appear slightly smaller. This does leave your skin feeling slightly sticky, but it goes away once it has dried or soaked in. The sticky is not sticky it's more like your hair might stick to it a little bit. It does not last long and that factor also depends on how much product you are putting on. in the morning, I do a thinner layer of the cream. At night I put a thicker layer on. This product when used with the system makes my skin feel and look very soft, hydrated, and glowy. I have sensitive skin and I have no issues with irritation. In fact, I have acne prone skin, and my acne has fully cleared up since I began using this product line a month ago. I LOVE and will continue to use! Highly recommend!

Works wonders for my hormonal acne!
Color: Collagen, Size: 1.69 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I have had the worst hormonal acne since turning 30, but this has made my pores shrink and cleared up my acne! I even went as far as not ordering it for a few weeks, and my skin looks rough again. I’m writing this review as I just added it to my cart for the second time. I do not want to go without it again. It’s super lightweight. It absorbs beautifully, and my skin glows afterwards. I’ve even been able to go without makeup, because of it and I want to cry tears of joy! It is so hydrating, but doesn’t leave a greasy residue like other products I have tried. Definitely worth the money!!

Great for smoother skin and refined pores
Color: Collagen, Size: 1.69 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I’ve been using this product consistently and I’m really impressed with the results. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t feel sticky or heavy on the skin. My pores look more refined, and my skin feels smoother and more hydrated. It works well under makeup and hasn’t caused any irritation or breakouts. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. Definitely a great addition to a skincare routine, especially if you’re looking to improve skin texture and overall appearance.
