Tech West GoldenVac vacuum systems are engineered for long-term performance and durability in professional dental equipment environments. These vacuum pumps feature an investment-cast stainless steel impeller designed to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

GoldenVac pumps include an exclusive warranty covering ten (10) years on stainless steel pump components, five (5) years on the motor shaft, and three (3) years on remaining components.

The stainless steel construction helps reduce wear from particulate exposure and hard water conditions. Motors are thermally protected and use cap-start / cap-run technology to support efficient electrical operation.

Water recyclers and air-water separators are available. Systems are offered in single, dual, or triple configuration options. Plumbing and electrical layouts are available upon request.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
