Directions & Precautions

Recommended Adult Dosage:
Dissolve 2 heaped teaspoons (10gm) in 200-300mls of water, non-acidic juice (apple/blackcurrant), or milk of your choice once a day.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
