• The amount of shrinkage will depend on how hot and vigorously the jeans are washed, on 40 degrees C wash you can expect approximately 1" shrinkage on the waist, and up to 2" shrinkage on the inseam. All dimensions will shrink proportionately to the waist and inseam, those that are put under pressure will have a tendency to stretch back out, and those that aren’t will not.
