Zircon is a natural gem that occurs in an array of attractive colors, and is often unfairly confused with the man-made gem, cubic zirconia. Natural zircon, unlike cubic zirconia (which is singly-refractive), has a very high level of birefringence which causes eye-visible doubling. Zircon is also a December birthstone!
Handcrafted in .950 palladium, this one-of-a-kind designer pendant features an absolute top quality, custom pentagonal step cut, natural blue zircon. Natural round brilliant cut diamonds are pavé-set, accenting the incredible zircon.
The pendant measures approximately 21 x 14mm and weighs 6.2 grams.
The reverse is signed "SK" and hallmarked "950PD".
