Unlike mineral and other natural stones that can be mined or excavated for a long period of time, Gobi agate/stones are quite limited in quantity, and those worth collecting are actually rare. This beautiful, nearly one-ounce (23 grams) gem is beautifully shaped by nature for a wire-wrap pendant. The vibrant green color is most unusual in a Gobi Agate, in my experience. The stone measures approximately 56 X 31 X 15 mm.
