HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Place your deposit ($499) today and pay the remainder based on your beefs weight, when your beef is ready to ship. Fulfillment payment is based per pound of your specific beef.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Approx. 90lbs of beef, including about 40% of ground beef (35-40 individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 50 pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
We have processing dates throughout the month of Oct/Nov and beef will dry age for a minimum of 14 days for premium flavor. Meat will be shipped in Nov/Dec. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
