Do you dream of raising healthy, happy quail from start to finish? The Quail Pro Plus Kit is a complete end-to-end quail egg incubator system designed to help homesteaders and breeders create a safe, sanitary, and efficient setup for incubation, brooding, breeding, and processing.

Getting started: End-to-end quail hatching and raising process

Step 1: Incubating (Before hatch)

Set and hatch up to 324 quail eggs per batch using a purpose-built quail egg incubator. The incubator includes six egg turners and six hatch baskets, providing an all-in-one design optimized for consistent quail egg incubation.

Step 2: Brooding (First 4 weeks of life)

During the first four weeks, the brooder supplies the necessary heat for newly hatched quail. Each brooding layer includes starter feeders and starter drinkers to support healthy early development.

Step 3: Growing (Weeks 4–6 of life)

As your quail feather out, transition them into the grow-out pens.

Tip: The space heaters can be removed from each brooding layer to convert them into grow-out pens, maximizing flexibility and value.

Step 4: Breeding (After 6 weeks of life)

After six weeks, move your quail into the breeding cages for easy egg collection and efficient manure removal, supporting long-term flock management.

Step 5: Processing (After breeding season)

When the breeding season ends, turn your hard work into a wholesome, home-raised meal with a clean and organized processing setup.

Step 6: Plucking (Feather removal before consumption)

Efficiently remove feathers from wing to tail for clean, thorough processing.

Disclaimer: The numbers above are estimates and vary by breed and room temperatures. Warmer conditions require less supplemental heat from the brooders and could allow the birds to be moved along to the grow out pens and quail cages sooner.

Subpar manufacturing
Color: Penn State Nittany Lions, Style: Goal Post Chew Toy
We bought one of these dog toys in Happy Valley and our dogs LOVED it. I purchased two on Amazon and am disappointed with the shipment. One toy was 1st quality. The second one was in packing that was stapled back together and what we found was the toy was subpar. There were sharp pieces left from the molding process. I’m not sure how this wasn’t caught in the manufacturing process.
