I mainly embroider polo logos. How do I choose between different sizes?
For polo logos, many users prefer a 5-inch magnetic hoop, offering ideal surface tension and precision for chest embroidery. However, the 7-inch hoop provides additional flexibility for larger or stacked logo designs. Both options maintain firm fabric control and quick setup on CBL models like CBL-1201SC or 1501SC, optimizing hoop stability and output consistency.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This needle strike can occur if your CBL embroidery machine is set to a larger hoop size than the actual 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) embroidery frame field, or if the design is digitized oversized. Always select the correct or smaller frame in the software and use the trace test before stitching. This ensures the magnetic hoop embroidery area fully matches the machine’s sewing field.
