DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS
Australian lamb shoulder, paprika, cumin, garlic, fennel, tahini, yoghurt, pomegranate, gremolata, pili pili oil, salt & pepper
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Place lamb shoulder on a lined baking tray & pour over reserved stock. Heat for 25-30 minutes until heated through. Place lamb shoulder on platter & dollop over crema tahini. Top with pomegranate seeds & gremolata & drizzle with pili pili oil. Pull with a fork to serve.
