One of the greatest challenges when working with bespoke doors is ensuring that hinges are properly aligned and installed. This task becomes even more complex when dealing with unique door types that deviate from standard dimensions. 

Fully-adjustable, modular routing jig designed to quickly and accurately recess square and 10mm radius hinges in timber doors & frames.

• Accommodates both full-height (1981mm/2040mm) and custom smaller doors.
• Covers standard UK door sizes.
  Expansion rails are available for doors larger than 2040mm (6’8”).
• Installation of hinges on both door and door frame/lining.
• Unrestricted hinge positions – perfect for new and repair.
• Square and 10mm Radius Hinge compatible.
• Ultra-small, non-standard doors.
• Modular Rail Construction allows the jig to be shortened or extended to suit smaller or oversize doors. Expansion rails are available for doors larger than 2040mm (6’8”).

• 3.0mm (1/8”) Steel End Plate ensures consistent head clearance and provides rapid door-to-frame transition.
• 25mm (1”) Rail Depth allows jig to be used against fixed door stops.
• Ideal for bespoke new door and replacement door installations.
• Installs hinges in both Door and Frame without adjusting the jig.
