• Water-Resistant Sheets are made from biodegradable random copolymer extract from sustainable corn starch. his layer is made from 100% plant-based PLA, which is a thin film derived from non-GMO corn starch
• Frontal Tape fastening system and Topsheet made of food-grade polypropylene.
• Wetness Indicator is 100% plant-based and all ink on product and packaging is food-grade. Packaging is made from recyclable craft paper and rice. natural wax that changes color when exposed to moisture
• Food Grade Ink: All ink used on both the diapers and the packaging are tested to be food grade

Things to consider with diapers: 

• TCF (Totally Chlorine Free) vs ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free). You want TCF ✅ TCF doesn't use chlorine or chlorine derivatives. TCF diapers use oxygen, ozone, or peroxide-based bleaching systems which is safer than using chlorine because of the dioxins. "The World Health Organization (WHO) warns that continued exposure to dioxins can harm children's reproductive and immune systems, alter liver function, disrupt hormones, and even cause cancer. " I am okay with ECF if they have been tested for chlorine and chlorine byproducts or proof of no dioxins
• Avoid diapers that contain: phthalates, parabens, bisphenols, PFAS, flame retardants, acrylic acid, acrylamide, or tributyl-tin (TBT). Some dyes used in diapers may also be contaminated with toxic heavy metals.
• Fragrances are often used to mask odors in diapers, but they can contain phthalates, which are endocrine disruptors linked to negative health effects.
• Avoid TBT (Tributyl-tin): Prevents the growth of microorganisms but has been linked as an endocrine disrupter. 
• The topsheet is what's directly touching baby.
