To clean your shield, use mild soapy water solution and a microfiber cloth to loosen bugs and road debris, then dry it with a second clean microfiber towel. This power strip saved me a lot of trouble. I used it to power my Its a Wonderful Life Village, which is composed of 22 buildings each with its own lamp. I went from four power strips to one with this unit. It made the wiring so much neater.
