The UniMount ® mounting system provides a secure and flexible attachment to any metal portion of the piano. The ATM350a microphone delivers a clear, well - balanced response even at high sound pressure levels ( SPLs ). The cardioid polar pattern minimizes pickup from the sides and rear, ensuring excellent isolation of the desired sound source. The system also includes a switchable 80 Hz high - pass filter to control unwanted low - frequency noise, making it ideal for both live performances and studio recordings.
