The Ancient Greek word Kalon was used by philosophers to describe perfect physical and moral beauty. In this recording, the Albion Quartet and the Czech Philharmonic explore the different aspects of Kalon through the context in which beauty can exist in ugliness and darkness. This record is the result of Richard Blackford's doctorate at the University of Bristol, which investigates the use of polytempo. The recording is a way of applying the findings of his doctorate in a range of musical contexts. Kalon is unique as it explores the use of polytempo in the context of extended tonality and modality, which could be said surpasses the complexity posed by serialist works of a similar nature, such as Stockhausen's Gruppen or Carré.

Crisp, bright, natural colors. Excellent monitor for the cost.

Excellent monitor. Haven't tried the internal speakers since I use amplified speakers and most often a headset through them. So probably an option I may never use anyway, but may test them out just to see how good they are...or how bad.😂
Color is crisp and clear and gave me the screen resolution I needed 1920x1080. Text is clear and legible, graphics are as good as your graphics card will allow, so if you're not using a high end graphics card don't expect this monitor to improve motherboard built-in graphics or older low end graphic cards, that's not the monitors fault, it's your MB or GC that's the problem.
Overall I'm very happy with this monitor and been well worth the price I paid for.

Great Monitor Great Price.

Great Monitor for the price. It has a vibrate color and very easy to set up. This replaced my old worn out Monitor.
The only downside is you have to look hard in the user manual to find it in English. it's in several several languages.
over all you cain't beat it for the price.

Excellent monitor!!! Be aware that it does not have internal speakers.

Beautiful image. This monitor is excellent and I am very happy with it.
However, you should be aware that it does not have any internal speakers and it does not have any audio input. It does have audio output for external speakers or headphones. For me, this was not a problem since I use a USB external speaker for better clarity.
The lack of internal speakers was a surprise to me, but I suppose since the lack of speakers mentioned in the product description should have tipped me off.

Works as it should

I started a new job a few months ago and I get to work from home one day a week. They do not pay for you to set up a home office however, so I was looking for a cheap monitor for part of my set up. I came across this one and decided to try it out.
I work in client service for a finance company so a lot of what I use it for is email, other conversational programs, and then our custodian software. I’m not doing anything crazy. I have it connected to a name brand laptop and it was very easy to set up with no issues. It turned right on.
The picture quality is nice. Again, I’m not doing editing or anything on this so it works for what I need. It does NOT have speakers, so I do need to use the speakers on my laptop( which can be annoying), but again it’s not a deal breaker.
I have been using it now for 5 months and it’s been working really well for my set up. I am thinking of getting a second monitor and I would get another of these but also I do want a speaker so I don’t know that I would get this exact version.
For the price, if you are looking for something basic for normal work from home needs, this does the trick!
