IV. As this is a custom-made product, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
V. This is a custom-made product and cannot be resold once it is made. Therefore:
A full refund is available before the design process begins.
If the design has already started but production has not, a 50% refund can be issued.
Once production has begun, the order is non-refundable and non-returnable.

The size of the "one person" style is about 11.2*5*13.2cm after assembly and the "two people" style is about 16.8*5*13.2cm after assembly. Please pay attention to the size before buying.
