A striking Seiko Chronos 7731-5130 from 1985, produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market. The design feels unmistakably mid-1980s Seiko: an ultra-thin quartz dress watch with an integrated bracelet, sharp brushed surfaces and a polished gold-tone bezel secured by exposed screws. Combined with the textured champagne dial, it gives the watch a surprisingly architectural look that would not feel out of place next to far more expensive Swiss designs from the same era.

Powered by Seiko’s reliable 7731 quartz movement, the watch wears slim and elegant on the wrist, easily sliding under a shirt cuff while still having enough presence to stand out. The original integrated bracelet completes the design perfectly and gives the watch a distinctly cohesive feel that many modern watches lack.

This example remains in exceptional new old stock condition, with virtually no visible signs of wear. The case retains its original sharp brushing and crisp edges, while the bracelet remains remarkably well preserved. The crystal is clean and free from noticeable scratches. Finding an integrated 1980s Seiko Chronos in this condition has become increasingly difficult, especially with the original bracelet still intact.
