Important Product Care:

- Ball delivered deflated. To inflate, unfold the ball and pull into shape, moisten the needle and insert into the valve. Inflate the ball to the recommended PSI shown on the ball. Do not over inflate!

- Check the PSI before every use (classic trainer ball; Size 5)

- Avoid use on rough surfaces as this will wearing of ball will vary depending on the surface

- Do not sit on inflated ball

- Do not store in direct sunlight to avoid colour fade
