Let’s celebrate longer days, warm weather and overdue reunions with this perfectly peachy infusion. The best of summer’s bounty comes alive in this blend of juicy peaches, bright blueberries and tart raspberries.

Makes 8+ servings.

Ingredients: Peaches, Blueberries, Raspberries, Orange, Lemon, Lime and Hibiscus-infused sugar.

Suggested Spirits: White Wine, Rosé

How To Use:

Step 1: Fill your cocktail infusion kit with the spirit or wine of your choice and refrigerate.
Step 2: Let the jar infuse for 1-3 days and let the magic happen! Strain and place liquid back in jar.
Step 3: Craft your cocktail using 2oz of the infused spirit as the base of your cocktail. Add tonic, soda, juice or mix of your choice!

Basic Recipe:

Add a bottle of white wine or rosé to the jar. Refrigerate for 3 days. Shake well and strain into a serving pitcher. Add one cup (250 ml) of peach juice and one cup (250 ml) of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with fresh peach slices and fresh mint leaves. Optional: Make your sangria extra peachy by adding a 1/2 cup (125ml) of peach liqueur to your pitcher.

Mocktail:

To make a mocktail, fill your cocktail kit with hot water. Let it cool in the fridge overnight. Pour over ice and add your mix of choice.

About the Brand: Crystal and Stefanie are the owners of Maiden Voyage Cocktail Co. They met in 2010 and became fast friends over a shared love of travel, food and a good cocktail. They started an event bartending business and just as they were getting into the swing of things COVID hit. Not wanting the cocktails to stop flowing, they came up with a way to bring their favourite cocktails to you at home and Maiden Voyage was born!
