artist biography
Leif Colbjörn Knudsen was born on November 20, 1928 in Stockholm. He was a Swedish painter and print maker.

He was the son of the actor Kolbjörn Knudsen and the artist Asta Knudsen. He studied in the early 1950s with André Lhôte in Paris. He took private study trips to England, Holland, Spain, Italy and Switzerland. He returned to Sweden in 1949 to study at the Valands konsthögskola (Art College) in Gothenburg under Endre Nemes until 1953. Whilst there he participated the student exhibitions at Mässhallen and Art Gallery in Gothenburg, had print editions included in the the Valand portfolio as well self-published the lithographic portfolio Zarathustra -53. Upon graduating Valands he went  on and won a Franska Staten scholarship to Paris to study tapestry technique and monunmental painting. He created a tapestry during this time which was woven in Aubusson and now in the collection of the Vara company.

Knudsen worked as an abstract artist and gradually shaped his painting non-figuratively. He exhibited across Sweden and also internationally in solo and group exhibitions. He showed in group exhibitions in Sweden, Norway, Finland, France, Holland, England, Germany and the USA. These include Nya Valand (New Valand), Poetisk Abstraktion (Poetic Abstraction), Riksförbundet för bildande konst. (National Bound for Fine Arts), Konstfrämjandet ‘Grupp Väst’. He was one of the group Poetisk Abstraktion - alongside Jan Stenvinkel and Lars-Erik Ström. Under this name the three exhibited at Gothenburg Konsthall, Gävle Museum, Lund Konsthall, Skövde Konsthall, Eskilstuna Museum and Gummesons in Stockholm.

He was one of the founders of Grupp 54 in Gothenburg in 1954. The group started a gallery in Gothenburg in 1958, inaugurated with an exhibition by the surrealist Max Walter Svanberg . Grupp 54 also awards a prize from the Leif Knudsen memorial fund.

He produced a number of public commissions including a mural titled Samson for Restaurang Lejonet in Gothenburg in 1953, an enamel suite and tapestry for Restaurang Norre Kavaljeren in Halmstad and a ceiling painting in Fässbergsskolan, Mölndal 1963–64.

Sturdy and cute
Color: 5 Pack Corduroy
I have a husky mix puppy, 6 mos. It’s been about a month now and though a few are a little tattered and one has a squeaker that is almost dead ; they are all whole ! This is with her playing with them all day everyday. They are super cute too. Would buy again

Decemt toys for the price
Color: 5 Pack Corduroy
Decent toys, about the quality you'd expect for the price. Meh. But my Aussie likes them, including tearing off their limbs and ears, so most of these stuffies have now suffered many amputations. They are cheap enough that if they don't last too long, I won't feel monetarily damaged.

Good product. Keeps my puppy chewing on something other than me for a bit! Not too hard but strong enough to keep them busy!

these are amazing
Flavor Name: Chicken - Regular, Size: 6 Count (Pack of 1)
A must-have for teething puppies m safe, effective, and they actually love them These N-Bone types have a great Puppy Teething Rings have been a total lifesaver during the teething stage. My puppy spends a solid 15–20 minutes working on one, which helps soothe her gums and keeps her from chewing on furniture or shoes. They’re soft enough to be safe for developing teeth but firm enough to give her something satisfying to gnaw on. The chicken flavor clearly hits the spot—she gets excited every time I grab the bag. I also appreciate that they’re fully edible and made with ingredients like calcium and DHA to support growth. No rawhide, no weird plastic texture just a treat that’s designed for exactly what puppies need. They can get a little sticky if left out too long, so I recommend supervising and tossing any unfinished pieces. Other than that, these are easily one of the best teething products I’ve found. Worth every penny.

Best chew “toy” ever!
Flavor Name: Chicken - Regular, Size: 6 Count (Pack of 1)
Our new puppy kept biting everything-even us! Ten chew toys later and still biting. We bought these, and oh my!, what a difference. This keeps her occupied for l o n g periods of time and has settled her biting us down to almost never.
